Ivon Maritza Casallas Martinez
Cambio Global Group Coordinator from the Sub-Division of Environmental Studies at IDEAM.
Environmental engineer and master’s candidate in sustainable development and Environment. Ivon currently coordinates the Cambio Global group from the sub-division of Environmental Studies at the Institute of Hydrology, Meteorology and Environmental Studies (IDEAM). Her work focuses on the development, execution, and monitoring of projects aimed at information management and computing platform framing that facilitate the monitoring, reporting, and verification of mitigation actions at the national and subnational scale, as well as those aimed at risk analysis associated to climate change.

Felipe Bittencourt, PhD
WayCarbon, CEO
Felipe Bittencourt is a co-founder and CEO at WayCarbon, managing a team of 200 professionals in the field of Climate Change. Felipe graduated in Civil Engineering and History and holds a Master and PhD on Climate Change at UFMG and Oxford University. He has 16 years’ experience in climate consulting for large corporations in different sectors and governments. Felipe was a professor for Climate Change and Carbon Markets at UFMG during 8 years and has also worked for the World Bank and UNDP on GHG emissions and Energy management for cities.

Elisabetta Morelli Rico
Environmental affairs expert
Lawyer specialized in Environmental Law at Universidad Externado de Colombia. Elisabetta has worked as a delegate for Collective and Environmental Rights at Defensoría del Pueblo and as an advisor in environmental matters at Procuraduría General de la Nación. During this period, she coordinated and executed several institutional projects and projects of international cooperation aimed at public, environmental, and collective heritage advocacy and preservation. Elisabetta has also conducted community training on collective rights and citizen coexistence.
