Pedro Freire da Silva is the CTO of the AIR Centre’s Earth Observation Laboratory. Has a degree in Aerospace Engineering (Instituto Superior Técnico) and over 20 years’ experience in Space Systems, Project and Intellectual Property Management and Technology Transfer, focused on research, industrial, product and service development in various systems. His main interest is to promote new technologies and applications to address societal challenges.
