As part of the EU Mission: Restore our Ocean and Waters, developing a sustainable blue economy is essential to strengthening climate resilience, supporting biodiversity recovery, and promoting economic growth in coastal and marine regions. Yet many public entities continue to face challenges in moving from successful pilot demonstrations to deployment and impact on the ground.

This webinar is the last episode of the From Demo to Impact series, offering a platform for public entities, demonstration sites, solution providers, and regional actors involved in blue economy development to share their experiences. Participants will explore how cascade funding from Horizon Europe projects has helped address specific blue economy challenges. The session will showcase real collaboration examples from European sea basins, illustrating how cascade funding has enabled and supported partnerships between public entities and stakeholders, fostered community engagement, and scaled up blue economy initiatives. Open calls for funding will also be announced.
