Priyanka Shukla is an Earth Observation Developer at the AIR Centre. Her primary focus is on image processing of geospatial data, machine learning and comprehensive data analysis. Her research revolves around marine biodiversity mapping, forest fires, mapping land use and land cover, and conducting spatial and temporal analysis of geospatial data. She is also interested in exploring the wide range of applications of remote sensing and GIS in different fields. She holds a PhD in Technical Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology Mandi and a Master’s degree in the same subject specialising in Computer Science from the Central University of Rajasthan.
